Here are error codes you might see if you encounter disconnection problems in High Fidelity.
When experiencing a disconnection error in High Fidelity, you may see a banner in your High Fidelity tab with an error code in it. Below is a list of these.
When possible, please include the error code you have seen when you are reporting disconnection issues to High Fidelity support. Thank you!
|0001||Client failed to connect to High Fidelity server.|
|0002||The space you are trying to enter is at full capacity.|
|0003||The High Fidelity server you are trying to connect to is currently unavailable. Please check that you have the correct link and try again.|
|0004||The High Fidelity server you are trying to connect to is currently unavailable.|
|0005||It looks to High Fidelity as though you aren't connected to the internet. This may also be caused by a firewall, or a privacy/security browser plugin blocking access to High Fidelity.|
|0008||Client failed while trying to initiate a connection to the High Fidelity server. This may be caused by a firewall, or a privacy/security browser plugin blocking access to High Fidelity.|
|0009||Client failed while trying to create a High Fidelity session.|
|0010||Client failed during the process of connecting to High Fidelity server.|
|0011||Client failed after connecting to High Fidelity server.|
To address firewall issues, you'll need to allow highfidelity.com and highfidelity.io as well as ports 8000 and 8001.
