The most common cause of a "High Fidelity could not access your devices" error is that a device is disallowing High Fidelity access to its microphone. This can happen for the following reasons:
- When prompted to allow microphone access upon entry to High Fidelity, the user accidentally chooses "Cancel" instead of "Allow."
- A device's privacy settings are denying access to the microphone to all or certain apps, including the native browser.
- When trying to access High Fidelity from within an app (such as, but not limited to, Facebook Messenger), rather than via their device's native browser.
