Upon first launch, note that you may see a skyline while content is loading. This is expected behavior. If content fails to load after 3 minutes, then follow the steps below to diagnose your particular issue:
- Ensure that you are running the latest drivers for your graphics card.
- Check your internet connection. We recommend a 10Mbps download, 2Mbps upload internet connection to completely render all content in the domain.
- Ensure that you have correctly entered your organization name and username into the log in screen when you launch High Fidelity HQ.
- Lower your graphics settings. To do so, go to Settings > General > Graphics Settings.
