Some (or all) of my content isn't loading

Upon first launch, note that you may see a skyline while content is loading. This is expected behavior. If content fails to load after 3 minutes, then follow the steps below to diagnose your particular issue:

  1. Ensure that you are running the latest drivers for your graphics card. 
  2. Check your internet connection. We recommend a 10Mbps download, 2Mbps upload internet connection to completely render all content in the domain.
  3. Ensure that you have correctly entered your organization name and username into the log in screen when you launch High Fidelity HQ.
  4. Lower your graphics settings. To do so, go to cog Settings > General > Graphics Settings.
