Why is My Space Temporarily Unavailable?

If you are trying to enter your High Fidelity space and receiving a "Temporarily Unavailable" message, here's what to check.

If you are getting this error message, please check to see if you are using OpenDNS. Currently, OpenDNS has us flagged and is not resolving our name properly, resulting in an error. While we resolve this matter with OpenDNS, please use Google Public DNS.

Please also make sure that any privacy plugins, firewalls, etc. are not blocking highfidelity.com and highfidelity.io.

  • A first step in testing this is to try accessing High Fidelity using an incognito window, or with all of your plugins turned off.
  • If that doesn't fix it, try using a different device, with a different network, to the one you initially tried.
