High Fidelity is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We value diverse life experiences and believe diverse groups of people will create products inclusive of those life experiences. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone, and applying the relevant accessibility standards in an ongoing effort to empower developers to build with our API.
At High Fidelity, our goal is to ensure that our content is perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust. We aim to adhere to level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1). We are continuing to make improvements towards this conformance.
High Fidelity conducts tests and reviews monthly through Fable, a platform where we engage with people with disabilities. This helps to ensure that our new work incorporates accessibility best practices. In addition to regular testing, we practice inclusive design by incorporating users of assistive technology earlier in the design process. We do user interviews, prototype reviews, QA sessions, and test compatibility with various assistive technologies on desktop and mobile devices.
Assistive technologies we’ve tested with include:

While we’ve done our due diligence towards building a usable and accessible website and product, once a developer has access to our API, it’s up to their discretion to implement accessibility guidelines in their products while using the API.
We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of High Fidelity. Please contact us if you encounter any barriers on our website or if you have suggestions for improving the accessibility of our website or product:
